Only iffy thing was the grits-- I had to season them quite a bit, and I'm not sure how much butter went into them because they tasted like nothing at first. I ended up adding salt, pepper and some of the leftover sausage gravy, which saved them! The texture was great, just missing some flavor.

The serving of consume they give you with the birria tacos is sad, barely enough for two tacos-- it's a little plastic cup, like almost the size of a little coffee creamer cup at a diner.
