Phở Đặc Biệt (Special) was better, but not as good as it used to be, the broth is less flavorful, cant taste the spices or aromatics and lacks depth. Last time I ordered i got a pork and rice platter-- they halved the serving of pork from what it used to be(back in February of this year) and it was plain and lacking in the wonderful marinade they used to use, the vegetables were also a little far gone and unappealing. I used to get two meals out of it, but one bland meal is not a value. I dont know if they changed ownership or what--I hope they can turn it back around. Disappointed but willing to give it another shot."
