"The cheeseburger and fries were well seasoned and flavorful. My cheeseburger was cooked well-done without being burned or dry (I greatly appreciate this!). I was very surprised that my fries were still hot and crispy when they arrived! I loved the parmesan cheese added on top of the fries for extra flavor. My condiments and plasticware were packaged elegantly in a pouch and placed to the side. Everything was neatly organized within my to go box, which shows how much this business cares about treating its customers well. Sauce, I have enjoyed each to your establishment. Now I know that you also have great take-out service. Well done!"

"The first time I got the Mac and cheese it was amazing! Super creamy and delicious! This time it was horrible, no creaminess no where, just clumped together and old looking. Same with the greens, first time they were fire! The perfect balance of sweet and spicy. This time I got the "we fenna close" food. I barely got any greens, it was all stems and they were hard and inedible. I don't mind stems but not all stems and it would be the time I get the Large sides! And the wings! They been fire every time, but not this time! They tasted like they been sitting there for a minute, no crunch just hard and borderline dry. Good thing I choose a wet seasoning, that was the only reason I was able to eat some of them. It costs too much to not be right every time. Consistency is what was keeping me coming back..... All in, I paid over $28 for this less than satisfactory lunch. The delivery was lightning fast, so it's pretty clear the rice was not even hot to start with. "Those Loaded Smoked Brisket Fries are amazing! So much flavor and a big portion. I also like the fact that they lined the container with foil so the styrofoam doesn't melt. The barbecue BBQ Chicken Egg Rolls are also really good, probably best if you live closer or eat it there since they were a little soggy but not the restaurants fault. "I order the Peach Cobbler but they had ran out of it. The Cookie Butter is good it just need more of the cookie butter sauce in it. The Lady Deza (Strawberry) was also good just wish it had more strawberry on the top instead of it being only on the bottom. All in all I would try it again to try the peach cobbler pudding.
