For over three bucks the corn muffin was tiny, I've had blueberry muffins and such twice this size! I will not order from here again, as this is not the first bad experience I've had with Black Bear. We live fairly close and go in to dine and have not evern had an issue, too bad they don't do the same for their delivery patrons. I will not be going back, ever. I would say the mix was 95% veggies and 5% shredded beef. maybe 1/8 cup of meat in my whole salad, and the mixture made the whole thing soggy, literally pooling in the bottom of the container after soaking through the tortilla bowl. super disappointing. the Quesadillas Cheese Only also had barely any cheese. theEsquites tasted really good, but hardly any cheese or spice on top, none within. the Chips & Salsa was a generous portion of salsa and a whole to go container of chips. overall 6/10 experience. I expected better for the price."

"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."
