The burgers are good the only thing I would done differently is maybe offered to toast bunso not to get soggy on trip otherwise wonderful. all ingredients very fresh lettuce very crisp fries were on cold side. would not order again onion rings were perfect crispy and yummy!!! loved the build a burger very tasty
I'm very picky and hard to please. I give the burgers den 10 stars on the burgers

The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks.

Perhaps a little more sauce inside the burger, but the meat and onions were very good and had a good flavor; for the price and size, it was very good.

Vanilla Milk Shake could bea bit larger sizedfor the price of it. the rest of order was great.Wake & Bacon Burger and Build Me Up Burger the fries were a bit over donebut still tasty.husband love the New York Style Cheesecake with strawberries
