"I called that store and spoke to a supposed to be a manager by the name of Cathy and she was very rude and hung up on me. She said they didn't receive an order for my name but I paid for an order at this location. The Dasher told me they were very unorganized and argued with her about my order. They refused to give her my order through the drive thru, so she went in and they just gave her a bag, which was the wrong order.
