The Bone-In Chicken by The Piece wasn't like the first couple of times and there was a different person this time. I guess they didn't care how the Bone-In Chicken by The Piece came out. The best thing was the sauce this time.

The tenders were absolutely amazing, my only complaint was we didn't know which sauces were which, so some things probably need to be labeled! Other than that 10/10

Chicken tasted sweet and just not a good flavor. Would not order again. Mango Ember had a bad aftertaste.

I just want to put everything in perspective...
I have came here many times, in person and online (no difference in the order being wrong. It just depends how bad it's wrong). I really do like their chicken. It's honestly the only reason I've given this place an extraordinary amount of "second chances".
This time I happened to have ordered 4 single tenders (each came with one sauce), 1 four piece (bread, jumbo tender, finger, thigh) and 2 (emphasis the x2) triple sauce....
So the order should've came with 10 sauces (6 for the double order of 3, and 4 for the individual tender orders). Not only am I short 4 sauces, the 6 sauces that came with the "triple sauce" add on was wrong!! I genuinely want this place to make it but every order I've gotten has been wrong.. All I'm asking for is what I've paid for, nothing extra or free, just what I'm billed for. This is my 3rd or 4th review (however many times I've ordered online or gotten in store from them; I have found the order to be wrong once arriving home). Nobody wants to be the person that checks the bag in the drive through line after ordering in front of the worker, but here, it's absolutely a must! I have addressed this issue multiple times for practically stealing from the customer.
In result, I have gotten nothing back. I truthfully hope everyone sees this review before ordering here..... 0 out of 5 stars!
