"Food and drinks are always excellent here. Just don't waste your time trying to order ahead on mobile apps. I've tried 3 different times. each time it gave me a 20-30 minute wait time which I honored. Then when I get there and say that I'm picking up, the employees, who are always just standing and chatting idlely, look around confused until they find the empty cup with my name on it and then I still have to wait even longer for them to actually make it. "3 stars because it didn't taste bad, but as a professional chef who has worked in bakeries making the same products, the flavors were severely lacking to the point where I'm not even sure if I got the right order. I have worked with taro and pandan, both fresh and with flavorings and the lack of taro and pandan flavor from the drink, cake, and bun were very disappointing. These flavors are not hard to work with at all. To me this shows a lack of care in the quality of the product, and more so a company riding on the trend. Check out one of the many other affordable local bakeries offering such treats instead."
