"Pizza is always delicious (I order from jets often, and will continue to do so because the pizza options in my area are dismal); however I have a few issues with jets. One - I hate that you cannot special instruct pizza. For example I like "extra sauce" and am unable to type that in when ordering. True I can always call but wouldn't it just be easier for both parties to add it when placing the initial order? Two - the addition of toppings are pricey and adds up, it's pretty disappointing to pay $30-35 for a pizza with scant toppings. I'd suggest either lowering the price of the add ons or adding on an appropriate amount of toppings. Third and final - I love their Greek salad. For a pizza joint this salad is amazingggggg!!! BUT I swear, sometimes I order the small and sometimes I order the medium and, I receive a different size every time. Last time I ordered the medium sized and it was very small. A previous time I ordered the medium sized and it was huge! In my opinion these are minor issues and won't really deter me from ordering jets in the future, just more of an annoyance than anything else. "

"Ooops, I did it again. I was an idiot and thought I'd try this Tim Horton's again, AND WHY? Because it was just as bad this time, as it has always been in the past. My Turkey Bacon Club had NO BACON and I asked for no lettuce & tomato, they weren't on it, but I could see the remnants of tomato and lettuce so they clearly took them off the sandwich prior to delivery. And I barely received 4 slices of turkey. They used to load it up so you got your money's worth, this sandwich is almost $10 now and today, I clearly didn't receive a $10 sandwich. Also, I ordered a Coke in a bottle, but instead I got a watered down fountain pop. If the plan is to send a fountain drink and not a bottle then fix that in the app, it is very misleading. The worst was I ordered the Snowman Donut but didn't receive it. I paid for it, but didn't get it. I even chose "contact me" if there is a problem, however my phone never rang. Just tired of this store always being bad, do better Tim Horton's, shame on you, work on encouraging your employees to take pride in the orders they prepare and you, as a company, should take pride in the quality of your food, as well as the QUALITY of your EMPLOYEES that work for you. We also ordered the Pho Beef. I'm sure this is a personal taste issue, but I didn't care for it. There were a lot of raw onions and cilantro packed separately, which we didn't use. There already were a couple of very large sprigs of cilantro already on the top of the soup. The portion was huge! But we just didn't care for the flavor, and the broth was very saturated with the cilantro. I'm sure for those who are big Pho fans this is a great option. Just not for us.
Delivery was super fast and the driver was awesome! He was courteous, polite, and friendly. We appreciated the fast preparation and fast delivery. We will order the Steak Hibachi again, it really was delicious."

"Freddy's Original Double and the Triple Steakburger were absolutely delicious. Exactly what I was expecting. Pickles were great, I love deli style pickles. The burgers traveled really well, I was surprised. The Cheese Curds, however, were not good. I tried three, with and without the dipping sauce. Either the frying oil was old, or they travel poorly, or they're just lower quality cheese curds....I wouldn't recommend nor order them again.
The burgers were absolutely 10/10.
The upcharge for the DD order is pretty steep though, definitely worth it for the burgers but not the cheese curds."

"Our meal was wonderful!!! There was plenty of it. We actually
saved 1/2 of both meals for another meal. The pancakes were not as hot as my husband likes but I know it is hard to transport food like that and keep it hot. He just nuked it in the microwave and he was good to go. The cranberry pecan chicken salad was very good as always, plenty of grilled chicken, pecans, dried cranberries, etc. And DoorDash was great with the delivery, even a little early."
