"I love the Crab Meat and Tomato Noodle Soup! It's a little different from other Vietnamese restaurants. It comes with shrimp paste which gives it an extra umami taste. It's flavorful broth that I just can't get enough of. Five Spice Chicken and Pate is good but I think the filling to bread ratio is a little off. It could use more meat but I love the bread they use. It's not so hard where it hurts the roof of my mouth. I like Combination Ham and Pate a lot more but I feel the same that it could use more meat to even out the filling to bread ratio. The pastries are always fresh and so is the flatbread. Love their flavor choices as it's not your standard boring pastries. You can tell they are proud of what they serve and value their customers.
