"I had a question concerning a sauce on my order and when I called Denzel or possibly spelled, Danzel (not entirely sure on the correct spelling) either way was the perfect person to hear so early in the morning. He helped me out, answered my questions and provided great customer service overall. If he's not one of the managers he should be. If he is he's so far my favorite manager at this location other than the woman I've encountered. I've done drive-through here a few times and male manager with the glasses is not the friendliest or most personable at all. However, this encounter with( I hope he doesn't mind me referring to him as D since idk the correct spelling of his name) D was really personable understanding and very accommodating. I rarely order from Wendy's anymore but honestly this experience reminded me why I should. It was my first time getting breakfast for my aunt from here, I wanted her to be able to have a try of something before she committed to having it on her entire sandwich (it was still paid for I just wanted it on the side for her) and he allowed me to call in and ask for a specification to the order since there isn't a way to ask for it through DD. 10/10 for this visit today!
