I think it's a little silly to charge for basic toppings on burgers though. 99 cents for lettuce, grilled onions etc. We had to add all of the toppings for additional money on Press Burger and Patty Melts. Also, you have to pay extra for a small container of marinara sauce for the Mozzarella Sticks (5pc). The Small Fries are SMALL and my family did not like the taste. The oil may have been old? Overall this place is good, but I would have rather spent 50 dollars elsewhere for basic,greasy fast food."

"I was surprised by how small the Double ShackBurger was. A Big Mac is bigger and a lot less money. I can't say that the burger was worth it.
The Key Lime Pie Shake was worth every penny that I spent on it. It was a custard Key Lime Pie that they managed to squeeze into the cup. I used a spoon to eat it. I have no idea that it would take for it to melt down enough to drink through a straw. It makes for a wonderful palate cleansing desert.

No other options, cant even remove the cheese. the fries are crinkle cut, also kinda so so and un-craveable bland and sad... the atmosphere of the restaurant is clean & bright, but no sweet chit- chat nor any special interaction, at all, what so ever... my meal of over $30 with even a 2 for 1 item with no drink nor shake was not worth it."
