• 7/3/26I was surprised by how small the Double ShackBurger was. A Big Mac is bigger and a lot less money. I can't say that the burger was worth it.
The Key Lime Pie Shake was worth every penny that I spent on it. It was a custard Key Lime Pie that they managed to squeeze into the cup. I used a spoon to eat it. I have no idea that it would take for it to melt down enough to drink through a straw. It makes for a wonderful palate cleansing desert.
That is what gets the thumbs up.

• 9/21/25Even at 2 for 1 , (for $18!) These burgers are super overpriced compared to In and Out. Crusty & small... I would not order again... no way to change the toppings on the app so NO Customization allowed! No other options, cant even remove the cheese. the fries are crinkle cut, also kinda so so and un-craveable bland and sad... the atmosphere of the restaurant is clean & bright, but no sweet chit- chat nor any special interaction, at all, what so ever... my meal of over $30 with even a 2 for 1 item with no drink nor shake was not worth it.

• 2/2/26French fries were cold, the burgers were mid and the chicken was so sauced I couldn't tell the flavor. the portions were tiny for the price we paid. I will not be ordering again. the 50/50 drink didnt have any flavor.
