"I have ordered from Taqueria Don Fer Family Restaurant just about every week since I discovered them a while back. Today I tried the Burrito Parilla for the first time - it had tender, delicious chicken, steak, chorizo, and carnitas in it, and it was served with 3 of the most delicious sauces over it. Like most of their entrees, this one was really big and worth every penny. I also had the tres leches cake for the fist time, and it is now on my very short list of "destination desserts" - a very rare find. It was absolutely delicious and not overly sweet.
When I first started ordering from them, I used a different delivery service. Eventually that service got really inconsistent about when and whether they would actually send someone to pick up and deliver my order. The restaurant actually called me to apologize even though it wasn't their fault. They told me that they are asking their customers to use DoorDash instead because they have had far fewer, if any, problems with DoorDash. So, here we are. Great service from the restaurant and great service from DoorDash. And superior, yummy food, too! This is one of the few restaurants in the area that I would recommend in a heartbeat."

"So I'd like to point out that service was great and the restaurant does a fine job. no shade to the establishment or their team. That being said the portions on this were very underwhelming. I ordered a Fish & Chicken Meal which is 1 pc of fish, 2 pc of chicken, waffle fries and 2 hush puppies. I also ordered and extra pc of chicken for $3.49. The fish still looked like a legit fish plank like they have always carried. But the chicken was basically some extra crunchy nuggets. and they filled half the box with a total of 9 hush puppies. I get trying to make the box look full, but my word. I just wish they still did the chicken planks like they used to. Thanks for lunch but wow!"
