My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. I will, however, go back to spending less elsewhere if there are too many repeata of today's service."
