"Arrived at chipotle expecting my order to be completed, prior to arrival I had received a message saying my order was ready and packed for pick up. My food was not done, they barely started working on it when the order was placed 17min ago. While waiting for my food to be prepared, walk in customers arrive and managed to get their food before me. I was very upset cause I had to wait an additional 8-10min.
