"45 minutes after placing order the app still showed preparing order so we called the store (#818). The store said yes it had been ready for quite awhile. Picked up almost $70 worth of cold burgers and fries with absolutely no apologies from the store. Called store and spoke with manager, who said repeatedly that she has no control over it and gave me district manager's phone number. Upon speaking to him, he outright blamed me, the customer, for not picking up order sooner even though the app still an hour and a half later showed the store is still preparing the order. When I let him know I would never again spend money at any Carl's Jr., his response was "sorry to hear that." Nearly two hours later app still showing preparing order. "
