The tomato and lettuce were obviously cut for a full size bun and because of the take out container, they were soggy. They should have been packed separately. "The #4 Lotus Crepe was delicious!! It was packaged well in a pizza-slice shaped box, so the toppings and the sauces were all kept neatly intact. There was a perfect level of sauce, and strawberries in the crepe as well as on the outside. The flavor was sweet but not overdone, just like a Biscoff cookie. I recommend!"

The incredibly delicious egg white omelet ihas become my go-to breakfast favorite. It is so light and fluffy that it seems as though the egg whites have been beaten. The bacon is thick and chewy, just the way I like it, and the candied bacon is like crack it's so addictive, so be warned! The hand -dipped French toast topped with real maple syrup and strawberries is also delicious.
Red Eye Cafe offers an outstanding breakfast at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.
