I love Szechuan food. I love Fugu! My new favorite is Dry Hot Pot Beef. I usually add mushrooms, bok choy tips, extra garlic. They always hook it up and don't even charge for the extras. I wish they accepted the Dash Pass but it's worth every penny. If you've never tried West Lake Beef Chowder. You should give it try. It's hard to explain what it is but it's a minced beef and egg white soup with cilantro galore. If you want to kick it up a notch ask for a side of black vinegar. I also use my vinegar to dip my beef in it from my Dry Pot. If you like American style Cantonese food they have all of that stuff too. The serving sizes are huge and they have never messed up a single order of mine.

113. Deep Fried Chicken with Chili Pepper fried chicken was so fried that the chicken wasn’t present. Super salty and dry.
63. Tom Yum Soup was suuuper salty. We couldn’t finish it. Nothing really in it but one shrimp.
10. Crab Rangoon (6 Pieces) was under fried, super sweet.

TLDR: Food was great but 113. Deep Fried Chicken with Chili Pepper portion was so small.
Cumin beef and deep fried chicken with 113. Deep Fried Chicken with Chili Pepper were DELICIOUS. Portion size for deep 113. Deep Fried Chicken with Chili Pepper was unacceptable. The dish was more than half chili peppers, with very few pieces of chicken, the attached photo is of the dish after we ate all the chicken. Observe how many chili peppers there are.

The 115. Szechuan Style Kung Pao Chicken was very flavorful and delicious. It comes with white rice, so no need to order rice unless you want extra. The dish was just the right kick of spicy. Left the mouth tingling, but you didn't need to chug a glass of milk between bites. I wish there was a bit more sauce as I love pouring a little extra sauce over my rice, but the chicken was nicely coated. There are no veggies in this dish, so if you are hoping for that, this likely wouldnt be the dish for you. I will definitely order again.

Heavy on the red chili peppers but otherwise it is absolutely delicious! I love the soup despite it beingbusted open in the bag lol.
