Chicken Taco Salad was Awful!! It's usually really good, but this time was terrible. Zero seasoning on the chicken, maybe 3 peppers total, 3 tiny chopped pieces of tomato, there was no guacamole,  and a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese? Did they fire all the usual chefs?

Ismael special got skimped on shrimp bad-- only 4 pc with a ton of chicken strips. I understand food costs, but that's no better than an Is Special with how little shrimp I was given.

Cancun simply continues to be a poor option when it comes to Mexican food. And somehow, it becomes even worse when delivered.

Last night, my roommate was craving Cancun, so I gave it one last chance.

Ordered C21. 2 Bean & Cheese Tostadas, Bean Taco & Rice which did not come with the Bean Taco, and the Tostadas were buried under all of the toppings, instead of being packaged separately. leaving them to be a soggy mess upon arrival.

I also ordered Carne Asada, and the steak arrived unsliced, buried under all of the guacamole, refried beans, and various toppings. I had to scrape everything off of my steak, slice it myself, and then add the toppings back just to be able to fit them into the tortillas provided.

Awful experience, and has been for years. Just didn't think it could get much worse. Sadly, I was proven wrong.

I LOVE the Famous Mexican Salad so much. Cancun always nails my orders 100% !! would totally recommend!
