Omg it's so delicious. I love this place! Great packaging, too. It's cute, but also the food stays fresh and hot (lettuce and tomatoes in separate container, etc). Really, really great burger and fries. Yum!

The worst order I've made on Doordash :/ Giving it two stars only for the patty (V) THE IMPOSSIBLE ™ PAT-B MELT saving the order. The rest of the order looked nothing like the photos on this app. I am unsure if the restaurant is known to give such small portions or if my order was tampered with. The (V) THE SHOP BURGER arrived in a runny sandwich bread that only filled half even with the produce they sent on the side. The (V) THE SHOP CHILI CHEESE CHILI FRIES & (V) THE SHOP CHEESE FRIES portions does not justify the cost of the item.

Sent me a patty melt with no cheese or sauce and ungrilled so it was just soft white bread, the onions meat and pickles lol
