• 25-01-07As someone who is trying to lose weight this new year, finding this spot was a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical, knowing all the other "health" spots around here lacked flavor and gave so little; however, not only did the Low Carb Crispy Chicken Bowl taste great, it was filling and kept me full late into the night. Although it isn't purely low carb, gluten free flour still has carbs, as well as brown rice, it's good for a low-cal diet. It obviously has more nutrients compared to regular fried chicken and white rice & the addition of vegetables/fruit make it a balanced meal. I will for sure be getting this often.

• 24-07-30After I placed my order, I saw all the reviews on Yelp criticizing portion size. I'm truly pretty forgiving when it comes to portion size, but I paid extra for double meat, only to receive a bowl that didn't look like it had enough for even a single order. The rest of the ingredients were portioned in a similar manner. I paid a lot for barely any food. The food itself was of reasonable (but not exceptional) taste and quality (hence the 3-star review), but the portion sizes honestly felt like consumer fraud (especially as compared to the photos of the food), so I won't order from them again.

• 25-08-05Portion size is way too small for the price paid and I'm petite. I ordered a side of meat for $8 to got half a tiny the container. Could've been full but just half.
Overly salty.
Flavor (minus the extra salt) was good. I ordered cucumber but got pineapple instead.
Tried once and done... not coming back.

• 25-08-05Low Carb Cauliflower Bowl was delicious!! Perfect portions and I like that I feel full but not too full. I am definitely going to orderagain from here. Spindrift Mango Orange it was good, definitely worth trying.
