Was missing both cheese sauce for fries not dasher fault bag was sealed
Besides that hamburger were thick and tiny but had a good flavor
Fries were over cooked

Garlic burger is terrible. Garlic flavor is way too strong and it's just a salty greasy mess. Ordered the combo with cheese fries, the fries were under filled only about half of a carton and there was no cheese in spite of ordering extra. Shake was good but it also underfilled only about 3/4th the cup.

Ordered the Butter Double Steakburger Combo and added lettuce tomato, but my burger had no butter or grilled onions. It was just a bland double cheeseburger with tomato and lettuce. My fries were also either wayyyy over cooked to the point of being brown or they were super old.

Food was okay. Fries were super salty. Burger was a little burnt. But it was pretty good. Ordered through Door Dash for pick up and girl at window was a little rude. Went through drive thru and she informed me door dash driver were suppose to come inside. I wasn't aware and this was a personal order I picked up due to living out of town so nowhere to deliver to.

the onion rings are not cooked through,the dasher advised they didn't even set the timer,I love steak aand shake but will not go back to Mt Vernons, the burger is cold as well
