This is some of the highest quality brunch food I've had in a while. The brioche bun was toasted and buttered to perfection with the whole sandwich giving that freshly roasted and juicy sausage & bacon with egg flavor. The potatoes were also just spectacular, with parmesan encrusted, buttery crisp sides with a perfect light/medium spiced aioli dip. the Baked French Toast with the vanilla gelato was very good, wish the french toast was a little more eggy/fluffy, besides that they got the flavors right. vanilla gelato is bomb too. would order again!!

Delicious well appointed and executed dining options. Attention to detail is key and CRG is game on. Best Cuban Sandwich this side of the Pecos.... great sandwiches, brunch options. Best Fried Potatoes. The tale the Crown on this one. Great steak and curated meat options.

Oof, had I known I would get like zero pasta and it would be lukewarm at best, I would not have ordered. So glad I decided to get the kale salad to go with it or else I would still be hungry. Please do better, Crown Republic!

I paid $20 for about 20 noodles in the box. it's about the size of a children's microwave dinner. it's the smallest portion I have ever seen. not worth $20. it's like a $5 portion

Steak and Frites. The steak was cooked medium rare and not overly seasoned. The fries were a bit soggy and the garlic component was cooked too long. Overall, okay.
