As a New Jersey girl, these bagels are top notch! Have not been able to find anything that compares. Delicious, soft and crispy. Quality cream cheese which is so important. Great variety and options!

I ordered a honey turkey everything bagel sandwich toasted. The turkey was high quality and delicious. And the bagel's flavor was good. But, the bagel was burnt on the bottom. I was disappointed because I have been looking forward to having a bagel shop in Norton Commons. I am unsure why a new bagel shop would send burnt bagel for a sandwich.

Order the garlic bagel got a sesame seed bagel with some garlic on top of it. I can't eat sesame seeds ordered the soup of the day, and the soup of the day on Saturday is supposed to be potato got chicken noodle ordered the roast beef sandwich got corned beef instead. Everything tasted fine. It's just not exactly what I ordered and of course I could not eat the bagel sandwich with the beef on it because it had sesame seeds so I just had to eat only the beef. So basically I wasted a three dollar bagel.

They changed the bagels I ordered without checking with me. This is the second time they've done this. I would've canceled the order if I'd been given the opportunity. We didn't want pumpernickel. Additionally, the last 2 or 3 times I've ordered from here they've added a bunch of optional toppings that we don't want. This used to be a great, consistent place. I never had any issues with them until recently. Not sure what's up.
