Did Baskin Robbins run out of quarts ice cream? It seems like the ice cream was scoops into 2 quarts containers but those containers weren't packed like the original quarts would be. I ordered 2 quarts of Gold Medal Ribbon Ice cream. Anyway, I appreciate the effort though, but still I don't get the full amount of ice cream that I paid for, is why I give a 4 star rating. It would have been a 5 star rating cause Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream is so yummy good. I'm normally 100% satisfied, so of course I'll order from here again.

This Baskin Robbins keep disappointing. I ordered the Reese's Sundae. Was over $9.00. The sundae was sad. Take a look at the photos of what BR advertises compared to what was delivered. I called to complain and was told they weighed it when they made it so they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Go to Handles instead! It's worth the drive!!

The Milkshake did not taste like chocolate or PB. All I could taste was milk. It was soupy. There was no thickness to the shake like you'd find anywhere else.
The REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae was not the correct portion amount. There was considerably less ice cream and syrup than I've had in other layered sundaes at other BR locations.
Never had a problem going in person to a Baskinf Robbins before. But not doing DD with them again.

Barely gave me any ice cream yeah from the ice cream shop. Not to mention they were out of like 4 flavors and if they were running out of the next one I choose I'd like to hear. Tasted good just barely got any. Next time I'll go to Gunther's. Not worth the hassle to eat here. Would not order again.

I ordered 2 double scoop sundaes and the scoops were equal to one scoop. I also ordered kids scoops and 2 regular scoops, and it looks like they use kids scoops for a 2 scoop sundae, which they should use 2 regular scoops if I'm paying for 2 regular scoops. Also, there was no whip cream and very little hot fudge. They're trying to rip people off for as much as they're charging.
