They were out of one of the flavors I had ordered, understandable bc it was close to closing time, but they got in contact with me and were able to give me my second option instead! Everything was cold and frozen and delicious!

Excellent customer service. Man who took my order took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and took extra time to package it for transport so it wouldn't be tampered with by door dasher like previous order was.

I showed up a few minute after my picks time and my order wasnt even started yet. The two employees stood there and complained about door dash and door dash drivers and orders. I tried several times to apologize about ordering ahead and they didnt even acknowledge my existence. My brownie sundae only had one scoop of ice cream and the Banana Split had the wrong flavors of ice cream. The one thing they did that was nice was run next door to get a ripe Banana because all of the ones they had were green. Im not one to complain about stuff but it was a pretty horrendous experience. But maybe they were just having a bad day

Done with this store. Horrible quality and very poorly made Milkshake. All milk/syrup and very little ice cream at all.
