I ordered a banana split and they were out of 2 of the 3 ice cream flavors I chose. I could see no discernable chocolate or peanut butter syrup. The strawberry topping was just a few strawberries... no sauce. The bananas were frozen and flavorless. I ordered water and got sparkling water yuck. And they packed the banana split on its side so it was a complete mess! They did have the good sense to discount my order. But overall, completely and totally disappointing.

Ordered Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake. Was very disappointed because it lacked taste. Very little peanut butter taste. I had to check the box to ensure that was what it was supposed to be and chocolate was non exist. The crust was about the only thing good about this cake. Baskin Robins can do better because I have purchased before and was much much better.

The serving size is laughable. The hot fudge was a big half way frozen glob. The butter pecan was flavorless and had ice crystals all through it.

On what has to be the slowest day ofthe the year - the staff couldnt read the order ! It was printefon the ticket thstwas attched to my bag . Requested root beer to mix with my vanilla shake - got pepsi . I hate pepsi and I had to pay extra for it . Requested napkins on app - received zero . NO straw for my large vanilla milkshske which was 3 inches from the top . The bag was sealed so I know it was not the driver, Failed order.
