Ordered the Spicy Original Wings & Hot Spicy Wings. Some of the wings were undercooked & had feathers still on the wings. Huge disappointment. I have never had this issue with the location in Upper Darby. I will continue to order from that location.

we've been waiting for this store to open for a minute now and we're so excited to see it finally did. 
the chicken was good. honey garlic was our favourite so far. the kimchi fried rice was a bit disappointing and the tteokbokki was just ok. everything got to us nice and hot. so far, would order just the chicken.

I loved all their food at the upper Darby location, but the Media location is terrible. The chicken is still good but it has no flavor, everything is too sweet and has no spice. So make sure you don't get that Media location. If you get the good location it is the best chicken you willever have.

From past reviews it sounds like some don't realize what Korean bbq chicken is like. It has a much thinner and crispy coating. There's two kinds of seasoning, the wet Korean sauces and burrinkle, which is a dry seasoning (cheesling etc.). 

I got burrinkle cheesling wings this evening and the coating and seasoning were perfect. The chicken was crispy, the seasoning was cheesy, salty and sweet as it should be, and the chicken inside was juicy.
