The Signature - Big fluffy warm biscuit, not dry and does not break apart from the scrambled egg, dbl white cheddar cheese, spinach, mushroom and bacon. Ordered two spreads the House Pepper Aioli and Maple Butter. Each bite is consistently so good.

I LOVE this place so much. Every time, I get The Garden with spinach instead of egg because I am sensitive to eggs. This time, I was sent the sandwich with the egg on the side along with a side of mixed salad greens. I truly appreciate the effort to keep the greens from wilting and placing them in a separate container, but I like when specifically the spinach is wilty inside of the sandwich. I do also appreciate the egg at least not being inside the sandwich. My friend really enjoyed The Classic they ordered! Both of the Nitro Cold Brew (canned) that we ordered were missing though.

The biscuits are huge. Unfortunately, the sausage gravy has onions in it which is an allergen for our household (seriously, who puts onions in sausage gravy in the first place?), but luckily, we also ordered the Signature, and they were willing to swap.
All in all, would maybe order the plain biscuits again.

The Biscuit and Gravy here is amazing. the gravy is good, but the amazing biscuits are what carry it. The sandwiches are good as well (especially the Buttermilk) but there are good sandwiches everywhere. As someone who grew up in the country with this as a staple, I'm satisfied every single time.

I order from here about once a week because it's so dang good. The Signature biscuit sandwich is a legend.
I've had both the regular B&G as well as the vegetarian. Both dishes will have you doing a happy dance.
These biscuits are so light and airy, yet filling. I know not what sorcery this is. Firm handshakes to the bakers & baristas. I love you.
