Frittata Bites (set of 2), i ordered two orders but only received one......and the one I did receive wasn't warmed up as requested. I reported the issue immediately and was provided a prompt refund but issues were completely avoidable

Their Rueben tasted horrible. Lacking sauerkraut and just not melted properly even when asked for extra grilling. Not worth it tbh. Get their pastries not their Reuben Sandwich

The Yogurt Parfait with Blueberry Sauce sometimes comes full and other times comes only half full. You'd think the line on the cup would be a foolproof guide for filling it, but I suppose not. For better accuracy, you could rename the item blueberry sauce with a dollop of yogurt.

You guys need to let the driver know there a drink inside the bag,
More than half of the matcha latte was spilled all over the doughnuts.
And the loaf was hard as a rock, don't know if this is normal as it is the first time I order from here.
