ordering from chef wang is always winning. i love the spicy dishes, love love love the pepper fried chicken. love the B21. 剁椒木耳炒蛋 Hunan Style Scrambled Eggs with Wood Ear so delicious, perfect spicy eggs. G14. 尖椒干豆腐 Smoked Tofu with Green Pepper was flavorful and tender. absolutely my favorite chinese restaurant.

Garlic Vegetables was ok. I thought it would come with mixed veggies, and it's a bit overpriced for just being a large container of stir fried greens. Orange chicken was good! All tender perfectly cooked pieces of chicken. Order was ready fast.

Chef Wang is the absolute best! I've never had better Chinese food on the east or west coasts; it is outstanding. Dining in is a fun occasion with friendly and responsive staff and surprisingly, takeout and delivery is still amazingly good. Do yourself a favor and give this eatery a try!!!

I'm very careful when giving a poor review because it just maybe a one time glitch in the kitchen but....I've never, in my life, had worse dumplings. They even had an odor I couldn't describe. I ended up throwing everything away which broke my heart due to the cost of the order. The shrimp fried rice only had 2 small pieces of shrimp in a large order. I pray that this was a one time glitch but I won't order from them again.

The egg rolls are big and tasty. The General Tso's Chicken was spicy this time, as it should be. The eggplant with pork was not, but was tasty, as it should be Generous portions!
