Irish Truffle was exactly the way I ordered it. Black & White was not correct it was smaller than what it was supposed to be and miss the chocolate drizzle that's supposed to be on top of the whipped cream. Caffé Latte was made correctly. Turkey Cucumber Club did not have enough turkey on it.
Ham, Egg & Cheese I asked for one to be made with turkey and no cheese it still had on it. that's why I gave her such a poor rating because my instructions were not followed as I asked.

This place has my favorite Bacon Egg & Cheese bagel and I've never tried their drinks before but it is very good!!! The Irish Truffle Frappalatte had a darker roast than expected (not bad at all!! Just different) but the Caramel was perfect in my opinion!! The Chicken Bacon Pita was also delicious :)

I genuinely thought the bagel wasn't toasted at all and an untoasted bagel on a sandwich is crazy. But it was just the most lightly toasted bagel I've ever seen. So it was toasted. It just didnt look or taste like it.
The Iced Fudge Ripple was good. Just very sweet, even with an extra shot of espresso. Also, I got the wrong Muffin. Nothing was bad, but I don't think I would get this again.

Giving a 4 because I shop here all the time and they are great! However, when I received the iced caramel latte it had no sticker or cover over the lid to prevent it being tampered with. I'm a little nervous to drink it, but I'm gonna hope for the best considering I paid $12 for it.
