They ignored my instructions. More than half the chicken was dried out from being overcooked and sitting under the heat lamp.

Shakes was missing the ice cream. It was milky as heck. Hot Wings with Fries and Soda (Spicy) wings are huge.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was old, hard, and completely unappetizing. The texture was tough and dry, making it difficult to chew. It was clear that the chicken had not been freshly prepared, and it lacked any flavor or juiciness that one would expect. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent meal.
