Food is delicious and I highly recommend... but the meat portions are COMICALLY small. You'll be disappointed in the amount of meat definitely - it's about half of what youd expect for $20. Super delicious though. Chicken, brisket and slaw are all excellent. And the mashed potatoes - which comprise 2/3 of the meal - are very good too.

Potato's were not fluffed, very little sour cream, no butter, chicken and pulled pork were very dry. No sauce was sent and none on it.

What we got was tasty, but several things were mixed up, which lead to wrong family members getting the wrong items. There wasn't a hint of butter or sour cream on anything, so they were very dry until we added things from home. If it says it has butter or sour cream...take that with a grain of salt just in case employees are overwhelmed or something.We did get an alert our order was taking longer than expected which means they were likely slammed and details were overlooked.

The food is good but this is the 2nd time I've ordered a "keep it simple" and it's come with bacon on it, which it's not supposed to. I can't eat bacon, so the whole thing has to be thrown out.
