the baked spaghetti and meatballs is some of the best food I've ever had from a restaurant. The sense of comfort I got from it was more than worth the price.

If you love salty food then this place has a lot of it, no sarcasm intended. The breadsticks were great, very salty lol. The Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo had a good amount of each topping, i was impressed with the chicken but the mushrooms on it are canned. It's a good Alfredo but other places are a bit better.. Would order again but would leave off certain toppings next time.

We got the Fresh-Tossed Family Meal (Serves 4) with spaghetti & linguini. By the time it was delivered to us the linguini was way past al dente. It was getting mushy. Fazoli's is usually decent for the price, but they apparently don't think to prepare their pasta differently when a customer is having it delivered. The pasta continues to cook while it's sitting in the delivery containers. They might want to change their preparation when it's a delivery order. Cook the pasta slightly less OR rinse it in cold or tepid water to stop it from cooking before packing it up, so it doesn't turn to the consistency of Spaghetti-O's pasta! It also seems as if the don't salt the pasta water. Salting the water with even a little bit goes a long way in making it taste better. It's pretty basic when cooking pasta .
It also seems like they changed the chicken pieces you can get as an add on. This time the chicken pieces were really fatty, they're usually very lean.
Fazoli's, you can do better!

Noodles over cooked and fettuccine sauce was way too salty! The only good thing was the Italian Icy. Won't be back for the food, definitely will be back for an Icy.

the Chicken Broccoli Penne was so good! breadsticks were fresh and yummy. Warm Italian Donuts were also good, but could use more sugar!
