Ribeye pho satisfied picky parents who always complain about pho broths from other places being too salty. Pork Belly Bahn Mi was on ciabatta bread instead of the traditional baguette, but actually like it that way since it didn't tear up the roof of my mouth. All in all, very satisfied.

The portions and cost were all out of whack. The Brussels sprouts were $9 for 4 HALVES and the egg rolls (though tasty enough) were $9 for 4 halves as well. The pork belly sandwich was fine- the pork belly itself was not good but the condiments were good.

I ordered the $15 jidori chicken pho, but it arrived with no onions, green onions, or ginger in the broth. It was just a basic chicken noodle soup and it was bad. Neither the chicken or the broth seemed fresh and the basil and bean sprouts were wilting too. I also ordered the $9 fried egg rolls which were very salty and overcooked. The lettuce that came with it were also wilting. This place screams pretentious, overpriced, americanized/LA-takeover vietnamese food. You're better off ordering from an authentic vietnamese kitchen like Pho So 1 or Pho 999 which always has fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. Trust me on this, if you know the difference between real asian food and white-washed asian food, this is your sign to stay away from Feu Pho Kitchen.

the beef pho soup didn't have a deep umami flavor, noodle portion was too small, and wasn't salted enough. I wasn't too big a fan of the shredded Riley either. I would've preferred thin sliced ribeye. the spring rolls were good and had a fried eggroll skin(?) which added a nice extra crunch.

Been living in Studio City for 5 years and somehow just discovered this place. My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the Ribeye Beef Pho and the Garlic Noodles. Best Vietnamese we've had in LA hands down.
