seems like they ran out of chocolate chip cookies, but i appreciated being given another kind instead! so delicious. i love Tiramisu, so the Tiramisu Cloud Latte was right up my alley. and the Grizzly Banger ?? amazing. no complaints whatsoever

Chai Latte arrived with more than half of it spilled :/ its delicious, just wish it didnt come nearly empty. ive purchased drinks from here before and theyve always put protective covers over the lids, but not this time. driver's fault as well, of course

I was the only customer, and was told to wait right as I got in. The person working was texting with someone, which took a while. When she finally asked me what id like, I informed her that im picking up an order. She said the system is down, and thats what she was texting about. Asked me what my order was, and took some time to make it. I was in a rush, and didnt appiciate that approach, as it took around 10 mins (given that my order was supposed to be ready a while ago). I was the only one there, so it would make sense to ask me about my order first, and than text about the system issues. And the coffee was mid
