The lettuce wrap on the Charburger is fabulous! Much better than any other chain returned. Sweet Potato Fries were made fresh to order!

What a pleasant surprise, I ordered three burgers and an order of onion rings. The burghers were perfectly cooked we like em well done and assembled in a fashion that kept them from falling apart mid meal, tha onion rings were also perfect as was the dressing to dip em. The rings are the best i have had in a long time, and the burgers tasted great

The lettus wrap were all smaller pieces that didn't 'wrap' the salmon burger. Result: VERY messy, difficult to eat and not enjoyable. Was not due to transportation - due to small sized lettuce piled on.

“I ordered a double burger with double cheese, but it arrived with no cheese at all. This is unacceptable, especially since the cheese is a key part of the order. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. It definitely did not meet expectations.
The potatoes are a pinch of salt and the onion rings are overly fried, it seems that the oil is not changed.
