The sandwiches were really good, you can't go wrong. If you're a Bacon lover, the Spicy Bacon & Egg comes with lots of Crispy Bacon, although it could overpower other flavors at times. The Chili Crisp & Egg was perfectly balanced with heat and cheese, it was also easy to bite into.
The Side of Hash Browns was good and crispy but a bit salty, adding ketchup helps. The French Toast Sticks were light and fluffy but only came with 4 sticks so if you're extra hungry you may want more!
Overall, delicious and would get again.

• 24-07-20Kept seeing this place whenever I've scrolled on doordash for breakfast. Finally gave them a try and they are easily one of the best breakfast sandwich spots in Napa. Their Spicy Bacon & Egg with the Side of Hash Browns are absolutely fantastic. Great way to start the morning for certain.

• 25-12-13Spicy Bacon & Egg on a brioche bun was delicious, just the right amount of spice. The Bagelnada was a huge disappointment. It was an overcooked Empanada with a pinch of everything seasoning and had some sort of white melty cheese inside that definitely wasn't cream cheese with chives. In the garbage.

• 23-12-05Quality has definitely gone down hill . My side of hashbrowns were undercooked and arrived in a container full of grease. Not edible.. No more Hatch House for me.
