Drinks arrived completely in tact and unspilled, they were clearly packaged with care which I really appreciated (there were 4 drinks but not photographed because people were hungry haha and the food smelled too good - and was yum as always btw), on a majorly tight budget so this was an affordable option to feed 3 people and was plenty of food for us, we shopped around for a good deal with free delivery because we have rent to pay and no groceries in the house at the momentI don't eat much myself but what I LOVED was the drinks selection, sugar free coke was no extra charge and I added bursties to mine but they didn't have it or couldn't add it for delivery but INSTEAD OF JUST PLAIN NOT ADDING THEM AND MAKING ME REFUND A DOLLAR THEY MADE IT A SIZE UP OR TWO, honestly whoever did that, thank you thank you thank you! I didn't mind at all when I realised there were no bursties because I was way too busy being happy about having more coke no sugar for free! (yes, the highlight of my week at the moment is when the food arrives haha, I don't get out much but I know so many people relate and are struggling to pay for the cost of living here right now, I almost had to move back to QLD so I am so grateful for anything that helps me stay living here and pursuing my dreams, hope everyone is doing okay and sending love to all those struggling out there! - Arrow

The burger from the Coburg store was sloppy in both look and the amount of sauce. It was supposed to have lettuce, but only a few wilted translucent pieces of something resembling lettuce were on the burger. All of the items on the burger looked sad. Considering it was a 'special' 'Grill Masters', that cost more than their standard menu, I couldn't tell the difference. Don't bother.

One of the worst orders I've had. Meat was cold and dry. Buns were stale and put close to 0 toppings on my Storm with Nutella®

$18 for a dry loaf of fried chicken and sauce on wet bread Classic Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal and about 10 chips? I'd rather go hungry than Hungry Jack's.
