The Philly Cheese Steak tasted way too salty for our liking, and the chili Tots also seemed to have too much salt for my dad's tastes.

The burger was delicious as ever. The fries, however, were soggy by the time they got to me. Enclosing fries in a box instead of packing them in a paper bag can do this. Please find a way to get these fries to me, crispy.

When they first opened the food was great. This time, the burgers and tots were super greasy, and the fries tasted old.

This is the second time I ordered from Johnny Rockets and had my order wrong. Last time, they gave me a completely different order. Second time, they missed my shake that I ordered and paid for. I really enjoy the food here. I just wish they get my order right.
