Wow, how do you keep that chicken so moist and so crispy !? Generous portions and fabulous food, seasoned fantastic !! It is so satisfying to have great food. Being a Chef of some 37 yrs. Cooked top five in San Francisco and top two in Seattle where I went to cooking schools.. I can be terrifically fussy ! I do not order from anybody else, when some ones ad gets my attention I think of these guys instead. Make sure to try their special signature sauce, it is.

My wife and I used to eat here all the time! We would religiously choose this place over Canes.
We were very disappointed with our experience today though.
We ordered the tenders (tasted old, and very hard to chew), potato wedges (came overly burnt and not edible at all), a honey biscuit (Missing from our order), and was given the incorrect dipping sauces.
All around the board, not one positive experience to write about.

the Signature Chicken and biscuits was sooo good. If you like your chicken well seasoned and juicy then I highly recommend . The biscuits taste buttery with a lil sweetness as if honey was added. Good experience.

Both mashed potatoes and Jambalaya, were ordered large but the containers were only filled half way. The mashed potatoes were cold when the Jambalaya was actually hot. So I know there was a problem. And the chicken was super dry and tough. It probably has been sitting for hours. Mashed Potatoes & GravyJambalayaChicken Tenders
