I have never had this place in person but every time I order here from DoorDash it's always something false advertising I got my drink last time and it was milk with coco powder just on top it was barely edible this time the boba taste off or undercooked they taste like orbeez

This place has truly become awful. Everything had a weird taste, and a weirder aftertaste. They gave me the wrong boba when the price was already ridiculously expensive for the kind I wanted. When something is out of stock, they don't contact you to let you replace the item, they just cancel it, so someone is without a drink. They leave items on the menu that are perpetually out of stock and then, yes, will just cancel the item instead of giving you a chance to replace it.
I used to like ordering from here, but I will never give them another shot.

I ordered boba and a milk cap but did not get any other stone of the ore sluches was just ice no flavor and the other one was watery no ice at all.the prism drink i ordered a milk cap and did not get it in my drink. I paid extra for stuff that I didn't get Prism Tower PunchOREO® Slush

Sunshine Pineapple Tea was pretty bitter. It's green tea so im not sure if the team over steeped the tea or the temperature was set too high. Green tea should be done at 175 to 180 degrees for about two minutes. If done improperly it'll become bitter.
Pretty much disappointed, it was too bitter to enjoy.
