Ok, this might be the best Mexican joint in Corvallis. I've gotten Taquitos Dorados from multiple places in Corvallis/Albany and these are the best. Chicken wasn't dry, tortillas perfectly crispy and light. Good homemade guacamole and salsa Verde. Mexican rice can sometimes be an after thought but this stuff hits. Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. You gotta check this place out!!

Hands down best tacos in town for the price. Service is wonderful, and the TACOS. My favorite lunch spot...maybe a little too much!

Yo the meat is good but it's not super chopped up and incorporated. The loaded fries are bomb, my partner's hands and mine were all like greasy when we drunkenly threw it down like ravenous beasts. Quesadilla was good! same meat incorporation issue on ours but still good.
The Choriquezo was getting dips with quesadilla and loaded fries and chips. We did a number on this and it was enough to feed probably 4.

Zoe’s Platter was delicious! great combination of flavors and rendition of shrimp three ways. Friendly staff and delicious margaritas! Ive gotten their shrimp fajitas and Chile rellano before and both were fresh and delicious!

The Flautas De Pollo was delicious! Large portions. Food was fresh and hot at delivery.The Parroquia Enchiladas was also gobbled down, with an excellent plate option to "sample" a variety of enchiliadas.
Will definitely order again to try othermenu items!
