Was super excited to try the onion rings only got 4 for $5.99 so I for sure won't order them again but the fries were delish, shake wasn't melted and chicken nuggets were yummy!

Vanilla shake no dairy. SO GOOD!! Great vanilla flavor, thick & creamy. Will definitely order again. The Classic Chicken Sandwich was good- tasted fresh, breading was crispy & it was a good size sandwich!

Early 2025 couple of reviews??? Herb and Thelma's is hands down better... and gives a cozy vibe.. no one leaves there unsatisfied! Great portions, fresh ingredients and Joe always makes sure to keep you coming back!

I've ordered from here before, but it seems over the last year, the quality has gotten worse and worse. We've had food arrive in the past that's room temp at best. I let it slide because I understand getting it delivered that comes with the territory. In today's order, the Fries were soggy and tasted stale, and Onion Rings were way underseasoned compared to normal and just tasted bland. The Buffalo Sandwich tasted ok, not as good as in the past, but unfortunately was smaller than it use to be. For $14, that's too overpriced for a small mediocre chicken sandwich. And the Kid Tofu Nugs & Fries , I'd love to review them, but it was left out of the order completely. It could be an honest mistake. I saw the normal portion of Tofu Nugs wasn't available anymore, which makes me wonder if they were out of tofu and forgot to remove the kid's meal option too. And we had no notification or communication from the restaurant about it being unavailable. This will be my last order from here. :/

I don't think th food could be any better. The fries were perfectly salted and had some other great seasoning, the burger had just the right amount of grease, it was very filling, and the shake was nice and thick (but not too thick). I'll definitely order more later.
