So you can see the comparison size of the ZINGERS MOUNTAIN MELT® to my index finger and a kids sized fork. The chicken is thiner than the fork handle and my finger, that is a pencil of chicken-all 6 of them. The 6 chicken zingers equaled maybe 1 1/2 ZAXBY'S chicken fingers.
Also, ordered extra cheese which is non existent.
For over $20 this should be way better.

I normally love the Osso Bucco, but look at the charred burned up mess I got today. it was totally not edible. Even the inside was dry and tasted burned. I can't believe a staff member would actually serve this.in comparion, the tea is a minor complaint. this child size cup was almost $4.

I often order the Mountain melt from this restaurant, and while it's expensive, it's usually enough food to share. Today, it was $2 more expensive than normal and came half the size it usually does. The zingers were tiny, mostly breading, and there was little to no cheese on the fries. I would not pay $19 for what was roughly 5 chicken nuggets and a medium fry from McDonald's again.

Steak was cooked ok but tasted sour. Fajitas was simply onions peppere and meat. Tasted ok came with 4 tortillas no cheese , no toppings. Overall very disappointed for money spent. Especially about the steaks.
