Gyoza was good (and so crispy) but the Pan-seared Crispy Chicken with Rice was not. Overcooked, bland, and tough to chew... should've gotten the Hainan instead. It did not look like the photo either.

I've been a happy repeat customer but unfortunately today's sauces (brown and ginger scallion) were way too salty. The chicken was also pretty dry. I'm sad as I probably won't be ordering again if it's going to be like this. I noticed their ratings on Doordash have dropped recently, perhaps this is why :/

Really sous vide thigh meat? Dry af and does not come with rice. Portion is also super small. Ginger sauce and chicken soup taste good though.

The broth smelled good but had no flavor whatsoever, the sauces that came with the combo is alright, soy sauce is good and the ginger oils is fire tho, the red sauce feels watered down. The Skinless spicy and sour chicken is basically hand shredded chicken breast put in a container and oil vinegar sauce dumped onto, didn't taste sweet or sour, it had a vinegar , no flavor whatsoever besides just the vinegar and that wasn't even good. Sadly I will not be recommending this place

This dish is an insult to the famous Hainan Chicken Rice. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery—nothing like the tender, silky texture it should have. Boiled chicken slapped on a plate doesn’t make it Hainanese. And banana peppers? Seriously? Is this supposed to be some bizarre fusion attempt? The rice was bland and lacked the rich, aromatic flavor that defines the dish. Calling this Hainan Chicken Rice is misleading and disrespectful to this iconic Singaporean dish.
