10/10 would highly recommend! I've only ordered take out at this restaurant and this is my first time having it delivered! The food and service are exceptional. They always ensure the cutlery is inside the bag which is greatly appreciated. It makes the experience that much better to know once you sit down you don't need to get back up for chopsticks or a spoon before you dive into this yummy bowl of goodness. I would say I'm a newbie to ramen and Minano has set the bar very high! When someone says they cook a broth for hours in the description you expect a flavorful broth. I'm here to say you can absolutely tell the broth is cooked for hours! The depth of flavor that is in the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is unreal! Every flavor and textural element you could imagine is in this bowl! Now as far as the chili oil goes! Beware! In the best way possible! It's a little container of flavor and great heat. I learned my lesson since the first time I ordered. I caution anyone who uses the hot chili oil to taste as you go lol! My mouth was on fire the first time, but the ramen is so delicious I had to keep eating it. I would say this is my 5 time ordering from this place now, and after stirring the hot chili oil I add about 3 good chopsticks full into my bowl. I like spice so it's just enough heat but doesn't take away from the other amazing ingredients in the bowl. I call this ramen my "bowl of love"

This Black Tonkotsu Ramen could bring me back from the dead! The broth is so rich and flavorful. It was filled with toppings and a generous portion. I also really appreciated how well it was packaged togo, with the noodles separate from the broth to ensure proper texture upon delivery. I will be ordering again

The staff is super nice, the decorations are stunning, felt like I was stepping into an anime even when Iooked on the website before ordering. Straight out of an anime. The food is delicious! The miso soup is delicious and just for one person it's less than any ramen place I have been too, $35 for ramen, 2 Miso soups, and gyozas. You can't beat that. I love they have packaged silverware! I've never seen that before.

The Pork Bun were delicious! The bun was soft and the pickled cucumber inside was such a nice added flavor. The ramen was fantastic, huge portion tho! Definitely could share

This is my first time ordering from here. I'm so impressed! The food was so good. Very tender chicken, savory, and the pickled cucumbers were amazing. I could eat a whole jar! The presentation was very nice as well. 10 out of 10!
