• 22-09-11Their food is always amazing and I love it but their pricing has gotten a bit out of control. Order 2 things off the menu and you're in for $35 or more just for yourself. $15 for a steak sandwich that barely has meat on it. You can get a huge one from any other chain restaurant for less and get more food. It's a little ridiculous. If they were more reasonable I'd order more.

• 22-03-15Panera is notorious, from my experience with delivered orders so far, to usually put two tablespoons of whatever sandwich filling there is and forgetting all the sides (chips, fruit, drinks).
It's so disappointing because the flavor and quality of ingredients are good, for the high asking price you'd think they'd give you more of it.

• 25-09-22The chicken avocado Sandwich and Soup/Mac was not fresh. Avocados were way past brown, to the point I had to scrape them off. The chicken had a weird consistency. Cheddar broccoli was good but the side bread seemed to be underbaked.

• 22-11-09If they sell a small Caesar salad for $8, the least they could do is not make it with wilted and brown lettuce. Very disappointing .
